Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING :
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using FedEx or UPS or USPS depending on item. Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We may offer international shipping to your country. If available, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

TAXES AND FEES:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GMMG Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns based on the returns policy listed on the site, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the fees for such a return as listed in the returns policy for the return.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gmmgregistryshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
